Hey everyone! So here is a look I just did the other day. It is a smokey blue, kind of cut creased eye.
Here is the list of eye products I used:
- BH Cosmetics 120 color palette.
- Light blue, navy blue, black. vanilla. All matte
- Urban decay primer potion.
- Loreal Lineur Intense liquid eyeliner in carbon black.
- Maybelline's Falsies mascara
- Loreal's Voluminous mascara
- Urban Decay's 24/7 eye liner in zero.
I started off priming my lid with UDPP (my favorite primer) all over the eyelid and also under my eyes. I used a flat eye shadow brush and applied the light blue color all over the lids. I also applied it to the inner corner of my eye as well.
I used a pencil eye shadow brush and picked up the navy blue color and applied it to the outter V area and extending it above my crease; tracing where my eye socket is. With the extended, cut crease part, you want to fade it inwards to achieve a more natural effect. Blend it out a little bit, but you still want to keep a darker line where the cut crease is.
I used the same pencil brush and picked up the black color and just accentuated the outter V area to give the look more depth and more smokey.
Next, i took a small eye shadow brush and picked up some of the light blue color and applied this to the inner half of my lower lid. Then, I took the same brush and picked up the navy blue color and applied it to the outter half of my lower lid.
I lined my lower water line with the black eye liner. Include tight lining as well. Then, I lined my upper lid with the liquid liner and created a cat eye.
Finally, I curled my lashes and applied a layer of the Volumious mascara and the Falsies mascara on top of that. (top and bottom lashes).
And your done!! It seems like a lot of steps, but it is pretty easy. The only difficult part is the cut crease part, but it's not too bad. I paired this look up with a natural/pink lips. I used Rimmel's Airy Fairy.
Let me know what you guys think! =]
